A group of settlers blocked a main road linking Nablus and Jenin on Monday, preventing Palestinian cars from passing, a PA official said.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Settler-monitoring official Ghassan Daghlas told Ma'an that settlers from Shave Shomron blocked route 60, the main North-South highway in the West Bank.

Settlers threw stones at Palestinian cars driving in the area, causing damage to several vehicles, Daghlas said.

An Israeli army spokeswoman said that a "military exercise simulating rock hurling" was taking place near Shave Shomron, without providing further details.
